Quality Management
Since the beginning of our journey at VIP Skins, quality is something we’ve never compromised on. As is said, maintaining the quality of the leather is much more difficult than producing it. To make only the best product, we have implemented strict measures to ensure that the leather is checked and inspected at every step of the way so that our clients only get the best products. Even a slight mismatch in color or defect in leather can raise alarms. This is precisely why we use the Total Quality Management System at VIP Skins.

Leather Testing Laboratory
The leather Testing Laboratory checks the leather composition via chemical and physical tests. Since leather is a non-homogeneous material, its quality is mainly judged based on performance tests. The main objective of chemical testing of leather is the qualitative/quantitative analysis of eco-sensitive chemicals, which include some banned chemical compounds like Azo dyes, pentachlorophenol, etc.
These tests involve verifying leather quality through various physical tests and ascertaining that the leather is environment friendly.
