Designing & Pattern Making
Our design team designs make 100s of design drafts each year based on the latest trend. The design ideas are borrowed from European and American big names and international fashion brands.
We have hired the industry’s outstanding pattern makers specialized in the leather clothing category to participate in our pattern making. Once the design is final, we use a mix of techniques to draw patterns based on that design concept.

Leather Inspection & Selection
The step of leather inspection cannot be skipped. Only high-quality leather can be used in our production. To make sure that, we go through a very careful inspection.
Leather is a natural material. This means that no pieces of leather are alike. This is exactly the thing that leather enthusiasts are drawn to about leather: the vibrant texture and subtle color that is unique to each item of it. But we make sure the leather we use is scarless and of the highest quality.
3
Cutting
While modern technology permits multiple layers of fabric to be cut at the same time, but leather is typically cut in one layer at each time. The pattern is then placed over the leather. The lining material used to make your jacket can be cut in the same way. Since it has less weight, the lining material can be put on spreaders in several layers.

4
Numbering
After completing the cutting process, the numbering process takes place. Specialists carefully follow the section numbering to ensure each panel matches the next one.
5
Stitching
After numbering, each cut-out piece would be sent to be sewn accordingly for sleeves, front and back areas. The pieces are moved along a highly sophisticated production line using integrated automatic sewing machines that are capable of sewing as many as enormously stitches per minute.

6
Buttoning
In this scenario, the button machine attaches to the outside of the jacket, while another machine is used to attach the collar. The fitting of the finishing elements like collars, cuffs and buttons, buttonholes, and pockets vary by the design of the clothing.
7
Cleaning
While this process is performed by experts, slight differences in texture, color, and shape could occur; so, they make sure that the garments are cleaned properly. Leather is virtually unbreakable If it is properly treated. With a little treatment and attention, the brand-new jacket leather will endure into the ages of vintage and your old leather will live an extended and happy life.

8
Pressing
This is almost the last step that our leather products undergo. The function of final pressing is for our finished garments to reach consumers’ hands with high flatness and shape. Pressing a leather garment is a task done by only professionals. They stretch out wrinkled areas of the jacket and identify which areas require more attention in comparison to other areas.
9
Final Check
Intensive internal checks are performed on every product batch before leaving the floor of the manufacturing facility. On regular basis, we also hire external audit teams to perform quality controller checks and provide us with outside and professional feedback.

Packing & Shipping
After the final inspection is completed. Following the buyer’s instructions, the garments are then poly-packed by color, size, and type order. Then bundled and put inside the carton. Each carton has vital information printed in a form that can be read from outside the carton with ease. It is essential to ensure that the stickers are in the correct location. The products are then shipped to the brands.
