Raw Material Selection

Our raw skins are thoroughly inspected and graded based on specific customer requirements. We ensure all materials comply with testing requirements as per international standards.

Chemical Process

Our process for the selection and purchase of chemicals ensures proper sourcing and management of chemical inputs to ensure hazardous chemicals are responsibly managed. We aim to properly manage both the evaluation and selection of chemicals and their proper handling and storage after they reach our premises.

Crusting Process

We use a metal & chrome-free aldehyde-based crusting process which is eco-friendly and internationally accepted.

Dyeing Process

We use a Hydrophobic & polymer-based system for leather dyeing which produces high-quality leather skins that fulfill customer quality requirements.

Finishing Process

Our finishing process with an efficient spray system produces leather skins with low VOC & standardized finishing quality.

Research and development are of great importance in today’s leather business as the level of competition in production processes and methods are rapidly increasing. We have a specialized team of 5 R&D experts who are continuously working hard in the development, material testing, and innovation of new articles according to customer requirements.

ABOUT VIP SKINS

VIP Tannery was established in 2010 and became the foundation stone for the Garment Unit of the VIP Group. The tannery produces a wide range of leathers in all species Sheep, Lamb, Goat, and Cow & Buffalo. Finished leathers are shipped to the Garment Unit which in turn is used for manufacturing different leather product lines of the Garment Unit.
