Increment & Up-gradation
- Annual increments shall be granted to the employees according to their date of joining each year after performance evaluation.
- Only those employees shall eligible for the annual increment in salary that had performed a good job without any misconduct based on the recommendations of the concerned department in-charged followed by the GM / CEO.
- Those employees who had worked less than a period of 3 months would not be entertained with the annual increment.
- Special increments & up-gradation shall be given only on enhancement in the employee’s responsibilities.
- For final approval of Special increment & up-gradation, the application will go with the approval of the Director.
- Stoppage in increment may be reviewed on his good performance.
Performance Evaluation
It is the policy of VIP Group to evaluate the performance of workers and staff annually. Company shall evaluate the employees on basis of the following parameters:
- Attendance
- Regularity
- Discipline
- Understanding with their duty
- Attitude with the in-charge/supervisor
- Attitude with the co-workers
- Understanding with company policies
